Our Warranty

Every beauty device sold by The 444 Beauty Club is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the day your order is delivered. If your device arrives damaged, stops working under normal use, or has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it or refund you — your choice.

What's covered

  • Devices that arrive damaged or dead on arrival
  • Charging, power, or function failures under normal use
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

What's not covered

  • Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, or discoloration from use
  • Damage from drops, water exposure beyond the product's rating, or misuse
  • Consumable items (e.g., serums, masks, soaps) once opened, unless they arrive damaged

How to make a claim

Email us at the444club01@gmail.com with your order number and a short photo or video of the issue. We respond within 1 business day and resolve most claims within 3 business days. No return shipping is required for verified defect claims under $150.

Product Safety Guidelines

Our devices are designed for at-home cosmetic use. For the best and safest experience:

  • Read the included manual first. Each device has specific timing and intensity guidance.
  • Start on the lowest setting. Increase gradually as you get comfortable.
  • Follow recommended session times. More is not better — stick to the durations in the manual.
  • Keep electronics away from water unless the product is explicitly rated for wet use.
  • Charge with the included cable and never leave devices charging unattended overnight.
  • Stop use if you feel discomfort or notice irritation, and consult a professional if it persists.

Who should check with a professional first

If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have a skin condition, or are under a clinician's care, please consult your healthcare provider before using EMS, microcurrent, red light, or heated massage devices. Our products are cosmetic devices intended to help improve the appearance of skin and support relaxation — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.
