These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this online store and its associated services (the “Services”), which are powered by Shopify. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of this store. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have received permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and may not transfer your account to another individual.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to device settings or screen differences, actual product appearance may vary. We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations. We may modify or discontinue products or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed and processed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when permitted by law, including for availability, pricing, payment, or fraud concerns. Purchases are subject to the current Return and Refund Policy, including its 10-day window for eligible ordinary returns. Sale items and gift cards are final sale, while damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary across platforms or sales channels. Taxes, shipping, and other fees may be added at checkout. You agree to provide current, accurate billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. U.S. orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 8–15 business days for standard transit. The store remains the customer’s contact for delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders and will work with the customer and carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. In plain language: delivery can be delayed, but customers should contact us for help instead of being left to handle the carrier alone.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and features of the Services, including trademarks, text, images, and software, are owned or licensed by us or our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of the Services grants you no rights to such intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

Third-party tools may be provided “as is” without warranties or support. Use of these tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or modify orders if any information is incorrect, including after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Unauthorized use, including attempts to harm the site’s functionality or security, may result in account termination and legal action.

SECTION 13 – TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access. This general disclaimer does not replace any written product warranty we offer, including eligible devices’ 90-day manufacturing-defect coverage, and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. SECTION 15 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, Shopify, and our respective affiliates and personnel from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any applicable law or third-party rights.

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the store operator is based. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in that region.
